Project officer sought to oversee and execute part of a programme that advocates labour rights in Sabah.
Contract Duration : 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organizing of SERATA’s upcoming programs
- Provide support in coordinating and implementing planned online and in-person event logistics to ensure programs are executed successfully and on schedule
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and support promotion and outreach strategies to reach target audiences and grow the SERATA community
- Manage attendance list and share relevant details with the President or Vice President to ensure quality programming
- Serve as a thought partner and collaborate with other staff and Executive Committee to develop and implement program strategy
- Contribute to program content creation as needed, such as the blogs, website & social media content
- Collaborate with the Administrative Officer and Communications Officer as needed to run fundraising programmes or promote paid programs for SERATA
- Support Program Intern hiring, training, and management as directed by the President or Vice President
- Perform other duties and tasks as required to drive SERATA’s vision, mission, and values.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Executive, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
